I am glad to hear you are feeling better. I wonder if you journal about the way you feel and the potential contributing factors: weather (barometer is big for me!), what you've been eating, etc?I am not saying that these are the whole picture, but for me, I wonder what the effect is in the big picture of how I feel and if there is anything I can do to feel better. I have a friend who has journaled for years. Did you know that different seasons can affect how people feel?
You are stronger than you know. Keep up the good fight and you will always win. Those who give up are the losers. Looking forward to your continued progress, good to have you feeling better!
