Enter the Psychotic Break…

And just like that it was over.  I am feeling much so much better.  Here goes that old saying but for the grace  of God go I.   The what dad likes to call is it that.  And it has taken too much away from me over – too much over he years

Glad you're feeling better. Continue to take care of yourself.

Take care of yourself. You have more than shown that you are controlling your illness, it is not controlling you.

But you're still standing! I'm proud of you for pushing through, no matter how hard. It's a happy day.

Very happy to hear you're starting to feel better. Only write when you feel up to it. Take good care of yourself, hope to see you back to your old self soon.

Still, you managed to still function and go to work - which is not something everybody with your problems could do. I hope you had a good Easter and you continue to feel better. Take it slow.

I am glad to hear you are feeling better. I wonder if you journal about the way you feel and the potential contributing factors: weather (barometer is big for me!), what you've been eating, etc?I am not saying that these are the whole picture, but for me, I wonder what the effect is in the big picture of how I feel and if there is anything I can do to feel better. I have a friend who has journaled for years. Did you know that different seasons can affect how people feel?

You are stronger than you know. Keep up the good fight and you will always win. Those who give up are the losers. Looking forward to your continued progress, good to have you feeling better!

You rose! Not such a goofy idea but I won't ask you to buy into it.
