The photo below is horrendous (what’s the deal with the yellow tint? lol), but you get to see the kind of meals Helen fixes every Friday. Mom just ferried this over. Pictured below is cornbread, corn on the cob, barbequed chicken tenders, squash casserole, and butterbeans. Dad made the homemade barbeque sauce for Helen to cook with the chicken tenders. He says it is blasphemy for Helen to use one of those sickly sweet barbeque sauces from the grocery store. I’ll have to agree with him on that one.
