Charlie has come and gone for the evening. Charlie wanted Maggie to sit on the couch with him which is something my father would never allow. Dad will sternly tell her to get off. Maggie finally jumped up between us cautiously and showed her full gratification and charm. She got a big hug from Charlie and a back scratch from me.
Charlie also brought me so many treats tonight. I had also made pimento cheese and was eating it with crackers when Charlie arrived. Charlie tried some and said, “Now, that is delicious.” I blame Tee for my urge to prepare pimento cheese this evening.

- a 6 pack Coca-Colas,
- a double whopper and fries from Burger King with an extra large Coke,
- chicken and noodle casserole his wife, Janice, had prepared.
The chicken and noodle casserole won as far as taste was concerned. I’m sure you are aware that I am crazy about casseroles. I love ‘em. Charlie’s wife is such an excellent cook.
I’ve got some videos of Maggie and Charlie tonight, but Charlie had a fit about how bad what little of his hair left looked like. Charlie also used some profane words I probably won’t publish. My father and Charlie both cuss like sailors.
A Gamer We Shall Be…
The only time I can go in Wal-Mart these day is after midnight. It is just too crazy and chaotic during the day. I am going to Wal-Mart tonight after midnight and I am going to get back into computer gaming by buying some games I think I will enjoy. The games I want are Fallout 3, The Sims 3, and The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim

There are a lot of recipe sites on the internet...I checked out the piento cheese recipes...sounds pretty easy...
